For any queries in regards to specific design customization on mugs, t-shirts etc . Send us your request along with complete product details (product type, Design name, color, size ) that you want . We can get that ready for NO extra cost ( All customizations of existing designs in the website are of no additional cost)

2. Payment Issues/ Having Trouble with Payments - Need Alternate Payment option?

Kindly send in a email to kriya_c@outlook.com with the product you want to purchase along with all specifications of the product type and what is the error message your getting.

3. Expected Turn Around Time for responding to emails

We try our best to get back to you ASAP. With the technical humdrums and issues there might be a slight delay in receiving your mails and vice a versa. But no worries!! Our general TAT to respond to your mails is within 2 (48hrs ) working days (Mon-FRI)
